TG Prints account deletion

S&S TECH GALLERY customers can permanently delete their TG Prints customer account from the app or request deletion here if they cannot access the app.

Delete from the app

Open TG Prints, go to Profile, select Delete my account, and confirm the request.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the email address associated with your account. Include your registered mobile number and the subject “TG Prints account deletion request”.

We may ask for information needed to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

• Firebase sign-in account and customer profile.
• TG Coins balance, ledger, and referral code.
• Saved customer indexes and legal-consent records.

Data that may be retained

Historical print-order, payment, accounting, security, dispute, or legally required records may be retained when necessary. Retained records are not used to restore the deleted account or provide referral benefits.

Important: A deleted mobile number may rejoin TG Prints later, but the rejoined account is permanently ineligible for signup rewards, referral rewards, and referral-code benefits.
