TG Prints Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

S&S TECH GALLERY operates the TG Prints customer app and provides printing services, stationery, mobiles and accessories, and hobby electronics parts. Our business address is Basement, Flat-Shop No: B-3, Utkarsh Nirman Complex, Mangalwari Bazar, Ward No. 63, Sadar Bazaar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440001, India. 2. Information we collect

We collect your mobile number for OTP authentication; profile information such as your name, email, profession, college name and branch; uploaded documents; print settings; order details; and payment-related status information. We also record the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use version and acceptance time.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, manage your account, receive and fulfil print orders, process payments, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations. If you provide your college name and branch, we may use those details to personalize product recommendations and show relevant promotional information about our products and services. We do not use uploaded college ID cards or print documents to personalize advertising.

4. Service providers

We use Firebase services for authentication and app data, storage services for uploaded documents, and payment providers to process payments. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Sharing

We share relevant order and document information with S&S TECH GALLERY personnel and service providers only when needed to process, print, deliver, support or protect an order, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

Uploaded print documents are retained for up to two days after their related order, then deleted as part of operational cleanup. Account, order and payment records may be kept longer for operations, disputes, accounting, security or legal obligations.

7. Security and your choices

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and OTP secure. Contact us to ask about, correct or delete information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account from the Profile section of the app after OTP verification. If you cannot access the app, use the online account-deletion page below or email us. Historical print-order, payment, accounting, security, dispute or legally required records may be retained when necessary.

9. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published here and in the app.
